Bold Brights

December 1, 2023

While grey is certainly not a typical Christmas color, it is a sophisticated neutral that pairs beautifully with gold and silver metallics – great for the holidays.

Softer than black, it makes for a modern and stylish holiday table without being stark. Best of all, it’s easy to create in almost any home or space. Use a centerpiece composed of winter white floral with sprigs of pine and a lot of candlelight.

We added mirrored placemats, with an antique finish to create more drama. Some gold paper stars hung from the chandelier are another easy way to add some holiday cheer in a modern way. A few grey or metallic ornaments scattered throughout make this look perfect for Christmas, while a few New Year’s Eve accents would make this equally doable for December 31st.
